The young lady that was working when we came in did a great job of making it known she was available to assist us without hovering. The Kota brand oils are excellent and definitely helping ease stress and anxiety. Love the Vertly Lip Butter. Better than that, the owner -Vivian- went out of her way to helpme find the right products for my needs and coached me through how to maximize their impact.
