Liz was knowledgeable... She knows her stuff! Love the aesthetics in the store and the bike outside is nice touch... And those cookies! The cookies they have are phenomenal! I having insomnia through menopause and just a quarter piece of the cookie or less hit me about an hour to an hour and a half later and I was off to la la Land... I swear I woke up still high the next day! Gonna order the topical online next time I get paid!!!

Cheated me out of ten dollars the owner lied about what was available said they had two kinds of gelato and stated they showed me both but they didn’t.they only had the expensive kind and it wasn’t even good or strong. bad advertisement about product any consumers better off going next door with real customer genuine service where the owner does not lie and they told me they would try to put next door competition out of business but they have better deals at OH MY GOD (OMG) security will flirt with your lady as well so be prepared to check him

I visited while on vacation Tuesday. I inquired about delta 8 or THC-O disposables and the mam assisting me directed me towards the two options available: the 2G HR8 which she said would be $70 and the 2G Koi which she said would be $75.
While I thought the price was steep at first, I didn’t immediately think anything was wrong until I visited koi’s website looking for instructions for the device. While on koi’s website I saw they had the device listed for $35. Leading me to check out Hemp XR’s own website which didn’t have the koi device listed; but did have the XR8 listed at $45 which is quite the discrepancy from the $70 that was quoted to me.
Long story short, after reading some of the other reviews I’d be careful to purchase and ensure that you check that price staff is quoting you is accurate to their own listings. — Still not sure what my extensive up charge went to; as I reached out to HempXR via email immediately after and have yet to receive a response 70 hours later. —I hope you can avoid a similar experience!

The staff is beyond excellent, their personalities and knowledge is amazing, We stopped by out of curiosity and was blown away. A special shout out to Liz, during our first visit answered all questions and was extremely personable, so much so we've visited 3 times in 3 days. With this staff this place should be a great success.

Stopped by after leaving the carnival and let me just say that my girl Liz is the best she really hooked me up and helped me to find products that I would like. She is the best make sure you ask for her. Thank you again I will be returning soon.

I bought a cartridge on July 27th and I didn’t realize till I got home that the back of the box has an expiration date, it says August 1, 2021. Most definitely my fault for not reading that at the store and I probably should’ve paid a bit more attention to that when browsing so the whole “refund” thing isn’t realistic.
I did call yesterday and the employee said they were planning to pick up some more cartridges today, I called today to double check before I drove there and the employee to pick up told me it would be about a week to a week and a half before new ones came in.
The staff are absolutely amazing and so nice, very knowledgeable however kind of glamorized the products. For the money, everything was a disappointment. Just save your time and get a card or a good plug.
